The ministerial code of conduct.
Presumably Mr Hancock didn't get paid for this advertorial 'interview', but he has participated in the promotion of one specific business - the sponsors of this advertorial.
It is unclear to me that this is compatible with the code of conduct. And I cannot think of an analogous example of another minister doing so.
