There's a large number of tweets coming in from MPs and Ministers today supporting a PM that they know, whatever their position on Brexit, to have made an almighty mess of the last two years
Not only that, but if she wins, there's no sign of any change of approach from her, it will be the same Boycott-style defence of her crease, and we will still face a crisis in the cming weeks. So it's crisis either way.

The main problem for the PM, managed no-deal etc is that it relies on changing the fundamental dynamic that 50% of our trade is with the EU, they are bigger than us, we are close geographically, and only 8% of their trade is with the UK
Tonight is pure distraction from the big question. MPs might as well vote on the question of confidence that is put to them. For whoever is the leader, a big reckoning between narrative and reality is going to have to come soon /end
