Getting breakfast, AMA while my eggs boil 
1. Soft-boiled! Or sunny side up, or poached, or scrambled...
2. Right now I have a personal interest in knowing more about Indian and Tamil history - but I’m not actually too fixated on that. I just keep an extra eye out. Truth is I approach history primarily as a search for interesting facts and stories
My historical fun facts thread is a pretty good introduction to how I think and approach these things. It’s like learning a language, or music - you start with a few things that are useful or interesting, then play and look for connections
For art I have an aesthetics thread - again I don’t really follow any specific curriculum or method, I just look for what I like, catalogue it, read up about it and around it, and over time I develop my own way of appreciating everything
3. Oh there are many different kinds of bread to be had. We also have the conventional squarish white bread you get pretty much everywhere
4. I haven’t had my coffee yet but... meet... Japanese people...? The community here is surely different than in Japan. 😅

5. I’ve spent a lot of time and energy thinking and reading about this, and I keep coming back to humor as the answer. We are born crying, and it seems to me poetically appropriate to die laughing
Lots of different ways to approach this, and lots of ways to get it wrong. The humor should be hearty and life-affirming. The Big Bang is really a great cosmic fart joke, I truly believe this

If you can imagine this in a way that is respectful and kind: in a sense, my goal in life is to laugh in the face of god. A big, happy, hearty laugh shared between the closest of friends. Children should not live in guilt and fear and shame and anxiety. Existence is hilarious
