No Deal no longer “unlikely” - Government

Government has in past 24 hours quietly edited every No Deal technical notice to take out word “unlikely” from the sentence “in the unlikely event of no deal...”

Now says “in the event of no deal”.

A concerned car industry executive pointed this out to me - seems there are other edits to the notices too - see this important one on No Deal farm payments which has seen the intro change yesterday - not sure how. Others edited without notice gov.uk/government/pub…
DEXEU responds that yes it has edited all the No Deal Brexit notices to take out reference to No Deal being “unlikely”

but a deal is still “most likely outcome” and “we fully expect” to get one.🤔
In mathematical probabilistic terms

Government seems to be saying:
Deal still single most likely outcome but no longer sufficiently likely to make No Deal unlikely.

Surely if asked, a minister can no longer answer “is a deal likely?” With a “yes”.
