Report: @WhiteHouse will hold some kind of presser today. Trump will likely try to get some control over news cycle. I also think the GOP may be starting to get really concerned about stock market, trade wars and now the shutdown. Trump is making it easy for @GOP to remove him.

@SpeakerPelosi should make funding limited to only funding costs of eminent domain actions on US border. Suits take years & will turn NM, CA, Texas & Arizona against @HouseGOP @SenateGOP @SenSchumer @GOPLeader @senatemajldr.
2. Then put in a claw back trigger. The money will just sit there until we impeach & remove @realDonaldTrump (soon) or at the outside he is out on Jan 20, 2021 for sure because he lost Texas and seat held by @JohnCornyn (who blocks me) due to eminent domain issue.
3. This plan blocks any political bump @realDonaldTrump hopes to get from his steel wall issue and puts the money in what is essentially an escrow pending the end of the Trump Tyranny. @TheDemocrats
