Is luck important in the road to becoming a successful Trader? I believe that to a great extent it is. Without a huge element of luck I don't think you will ever find a system that connects your belief system with something that makes Money in the Market.
Yes, it still requires hard work but there are many who are far more intelligent than us and who have worked harder who have still not succeeded. Ray Kroc worked hard all his life but had very limited success. He was always on the lookout for new opportunities
But success came only at age 52 when he discovered McDonalds. He was prepared and had worked hard to get the luck but if not for a happy confluence of events he would have died a small time salesman. That's luck. It comes only to the prepared mind-but sometimes it never comes
