🔹KHELO INDIA YOUTH GAMES
🔸Annual National level competetions Conduted by GOI for Under 17 & Under 21yrs students
🔸1000 talented studnts wil b identified each yr & given 5L sponsorship per anum for 8 yrs to nurture der sports talent

🔸Started in 2018, 1178 students out of 3500 participating students from across India, were chosen and getting the benefits.
🔸 8 of these students have represented India at International Events like CWG & Asian games in 2018

Judo
Badminton
Shooting.

🔸2019 Khelo India Youth Games competetions will be held from Jan9 - 20th at Pune, with participation of more than 9000 students.

1st ever Kho-Kho International Championship by Kho Kho Federation of England in 2018
■ Kho Kho was funded for 1st time by GOI for international participation,as Kho kho is categorised under 'Others'& uneligible for funding for international events by GOI acording to existing law
