Digging in I was curious what time exactly the supreme court ruled on the case👇

Looking at a timeline of articles it appeared the verdict was between 3 and 4pm on Tuesday January 8th. The first redacted copies of the filing surfaced around 4pm edt.
So I went to look for easter eggs where its hard to cover them up....the stock exchange.
At 4pm edt Jan 8 RBS was at 5.82 on the NYSE, by open on the 9th it had dropped to 5.68. 
Its not so much the overnight 2%+ drop, but look at the massive volume relative to the norm. The morning volume was more than 4 times the peak volume of the preceding days.
Remember that london is 5 hours ahead of the us east coast, so it was late evening when the news broke to the blokes "in the know" over there. Im curious if a few moves werent already in place.
Also, this happened on a day where london stocks in general fared quite well:

The index was up 0.66 % yet RBS basically tanked a little.
Obviously something is afoot regarding RBS, and it just happens to coincide perfectly with the timing of the Supreme courts decision regarding the mystery firm A fighting a mueller subpeona.😉
