Back in that period last spring when Giuliani joined Trump's legal team, there was talk about Marc Mukasey joining the legal team as well. He ended up, however, not doing so at the time:

NEWS: The DC Circuit is going to be doing some unsealing in the mystery foreign country-owned company grand jury subpoena case. (It looks, though, like this order only is as to documents associated with @rcfp's motion to unseal — not the underlying grand jury dispute.)
Yes, down in the “further ordered” section, those two briefs relate to the merits dispute, but the proposed redactions aren’t due until next Friday, & there still is no order from the court as to what the court is doing with the merits unsealing requests.
BREAKING: In DC Circuit filing by the government, a full list of lawyers involved in the grand jury dispute — from the special counsel's office and the US Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia — are revealed for the first time.

So, I’d say my first ~real~ gay kiss was when the guy who would become my first boyfriend and I kissed outside a fundraising dance a group at college held as part of our World AIDS Day events.
