1. I took a deeper look. Can't find his K&E bio on the Way Back. I'll try again later. I did a case search and found mostly 2000 era antitrust cases connected to the @Microsoft Antitrust Litigation. Something I happen to know a bit about. But NB: He shows up with Ken Starr. 😬

2. K&E represented Netscape. As I recall the final settlement that I had discussed with my brother at the DOJ required Explorer be independent from the operating system. At the time I thought, "big woop" but it may have led to the rise of @Google.

3. I made a pitch for breaking up Microsoft. I wanted the whole OS spun off. All we got was the stupid browser. I had a lot of insight on Starr's little cabal.

4. There's a Jeffrey Rosen that I found when I searched this article that appears to link him to the Clinton torment of Whitewater.

5. Then did @nytimes search of 1990's for the Jeffrey Rosen in the article and found a bunch. I'm not sure it's he same person but if it is he seems to be some kind of an op ed writer with an interest in Whitewater.
