Hey Donald, by law you were required to submit a budget to Congress on Feb 4th. You are now 16 days late. What gives brother?
2/Trump's FY2020 budget now 17 days late. Given his problems with FY2019 not a great sign.
3/Reminder that the President's FY2020 budget is now 18 days late. When it comes it will confirm Trump's status as among most fiscally reckless President in all of US history. Costs of his Presidency will be felt for years, decades even.

1/Want to come back to something @glennkirschner2 has been writing and talking about for months - the crimes committed in 2016 were different, and require sustained Congressional attention. What happens when a President cheats his way to the White House?
2/As @glennkirschner2 has pointed out our system cannot look the other way if a huge, successful effort to break US election laws took place. Failure to examine, failure to prosecute, failure to respond creates an incentive for others to do so in the future.

Fellow Dems we need to have a conversation abt what happened here. Did a Dem group really edit this down in way which altered the true nature of the exchange? If so isn’t this disinformation, dirty tricks? Is that who we are? Imp conversation to have as we get ready for 2020.
2/This new info age requires us to create new norms, groundrules. Why I am pushing a pact/pledge for the 2020 Dems/DNC/State Parties on disinfo, hacking. Dems shouldn't be using illicit campaign tactics vs one another (or at all). ndn.org/blog/2019/02/n…
3/DNC has leverage here. Could require the 2020s to agree to a disinfo/hacking pact, and things like a requirement to support the nominee no matter who wins, to be on the debate stage later this year.
