Hilarious take on the McCabe case from @MSNBC. They are missing a key fact on the Obstruction of Justice case & McCabe's efforts regardinga Special Counsel. McCabe testified under oath that there was no evidence of an effort to obstruct the Russia case 1 day after he opened it.
If there was no effort to impede the investigation, then there was no lawful predicate for an obstruction investigation. Either McCabe lied to SSCI, or he falsified the predicate for the obstruction case. 
McCabe then promised Senator Mark Warner that if he ever found evidence of obstruction that he would notify SSCI. While Acting Director from 5/19/17-8/2/17, McCabe never notified SSCI that there was any evidence of Obstruction. Why would McCabe conceal the fact that he opened it?
We know why, despite his lies that he was trying to get a Special Counsel appointed to take the Russia case. McCabe told SSCI that there was no need to appoint a Special Counsel because McCabe wanted control of the case. He even tried to force Rosenstein to recuse from the case.
