3/ Back in January, Texas loudly announced on a Friday that counties should check on the citizenship of 95,000 voters.

Then, Texas quietly told counties that many of those voters don't belong on that list.

4/ Then, a flurry of civil rights groups filed several separate lawsuits to block state and county officials from working off of what has been proven to be a deeply flawed set of data. #txlege bit.ly/2GMG0ih

5/ The court's order directly addresses the counties who are named defendants in the lawsuits.
