Truth be told the 11 million number is exaggerated. This is simply the number of people whose SALT exceeded the $10,000 cap in their previous year's tax filing. Because of the lower tax rates and other changes, many of these 11 million will also pay the same or lower taxes. 1/
So who will pay higher taxes. Well, mostly the very highest earners. Isn't that what the Democrats say they want too? Absolutely! So where is the disconnect? There is no disconnect. What Democrats are engaged in is deception, pure and simple. In other words, they just lie. 2/2
