So: the Saudi government commits murder, but because the U.S. is currently ruled by a crooked family protected by a broken, frightened political party (wassup @GOP), we’re condoning it. Worse, we’re encouraging it. And there are consequences... 8/

The new Democratic Congress has attempted to hold the Saudis accountable. @RepAdamSchiff contacted the Saudi Ambassador. @RepLoisFrankel and others passed a resolution condemning the Kingdom and calling for the release of the women. 10/ frankel.house.gov/news/documents…

Which is why we’re now, as a country, officially believing that random Saudis BUILT AN OVEN IN THE BACKYARD OF A CONSULATE and burned Khashoggi’s body after killing him, but the Prince who said he hoped to put “a bullet” Khashoggi wasn’t involved. 15/
