4. Here's Graham at the June 27, 2017 702FISA hearing. He's asking if his conversations w/foreign leaders are monitored.
Three important takeaways from this. 1st. Graham's clearly clueless about 702. 2nd. @NSAGov was blowing off his personal request.

If you presume @realDonaldTrump is a @KremlinRussia_E intelligence asset when Graham popped up making the 702FISA request, alarms would go off at GRU HQ for a chance to see the treasure but also to recruit Graham.

7. If Graham is dumb enough to not now how 702FISA works, he likely doesn't know about 10 or so other intelligence services collecting US signals data including his new BFF's pals in the Kremlin. Russians could tip Trump about what the NSA has because they have it too.
8. It's possible Trump forced release of US intercept treasure to Graham but I tend to doubt it. But I'm certain the GRU would use Graham's insecurity as an opportunity to set the Kompromat hook and get him playing with them in secret.
