What if he's weighing the people's possible reactions based on what he releases?
What if he's considering the possible reactions of DT?

Possible reactions of DT could be ... anything.
We all know this. We've all been dreading it.
Bill Barr knows this, too.
Not only must he read Mueller's report for truth, but ... who will react worse?
DT's already threatened that he controls the military, police & bikers.

But the people. We, the people, are angry.
We know he cheated. We have video.
We had a #WaveElection.
We control the House of Representatives.
We are angry.
But ...

We are law-abiding citizens.
We pledge non-violent resistance.
What if ... Bill Barr gambles that we will yell, but we will wait for the system to work, i.e. investigations, SDNY, etc.?

We have already seen a rise in hate crimes since DT was 'elected' - no, placed in office.
What if Bill Barr releases the truth?
What would the NRA, gun-toting 2nd amendment nitwits do then?

What if Bill Barr decides he must 'do what is in the best interests of the country and safety for all?'

No, I am not attempting to make light of today's news.
But it feels like we're already screwed, so let me throw some wild theories out there.
Today was a 'test' for William Barr.
A test given by Robert Mueller.
For weeks, people have been speculating about whether Barr's loyalty is to Trump or to the American people. I have followed people who say he wrote his memo to get the job specifically as a ruse to get into position to protect Mueller. He was definitely a white hat. Trust him.

Mueller could only conclude "no further indictments" through three legal paths:
1) No evidence of a crime
2) Insufficient evidence to indict or

Let's eliminate the unlikely:
1) is unlikely because so many people have already been indicted.
2) is possible but unlikely as this investigation has mounds of evidence
3) the likeliest scenario: Donald J. Trump committed a crime but Mueller couldn't indicted under DOJ policy.

Opposite of reassuring that he'll make Mueller report public.
