2/ Flashback: On September 17, 2018 @realDonaldTrump orders the declassification of various materials requested by Congress. Now this order was unambiguous, HE DIRECTED THE DECLASSIFICATION. However, this material still not has been publicly released. whitehouse.gov/briefings-stat… 
3/ Flash even further back and remember that Emmet Flood accompanied John Kelly to brief the Gang of 8 on these documents in a clear statement to Congress that the Whitehouse is fully aware of the contents of the material. washingtonpost.com/amphtml/world/…
4/ Flood has been through the exculpatory material that Congress has been briefed on and his role has been to draft a rebuttal to anything potentially damaging to the Whitehouse that Mueller might report. Thus, he's close to the President's side in case the report is delivered.
5/ Now Flood has been the intermediary between the President's outside counsel and the Whitehouse, given McGahn's recusal, and a complication of the outside Counsel's dealings with Mueller was actually a security clearance issue regarding sensitive issues. bloomberg.com/amp/news/artic…
6/ So a roadblock to ending the probe was that Trump's lawyers, due to security clearance, could not advise him through a potential Mueller interview or questionnaire. What would one do in this situation if you had the power? Declassify the sensitive material and get on with it!
7/ Given that Congress requested this information, it granted the President cover to declassify the material, but Flood halted the public release until the submission of the #MuellerReport. Hence, #DECLAS material should accompany any Mueller rebuttal. nypost.com/2018/11/28/tru…

ADDENDUM: One thing about the 21 redacted pages of the @carterwpage warrant that no one ever mentions is CONTEXT. The application won't say that this information is bullshit. Now that @POTUS is cleared, we know that whatever is in their is cattle excrement so #DECLAS away!
