1/ Story in Sunday Times about Corbyn's office's recommending "investigation without suspension." to an email saying "We want to suspend these people (for antisemitsm) agreed?"
The email is about Palestine Live so presumably they'd seen these posts...

2/ The emails concern Patricia Sheerin-Richman who is in the Palestine Live report for posting:
"The whole world is coming under Zionist control" over a video asserting Ukraine is under "Zionist occupation"
"proof of Israeli link to ISIS" from far-right website Veteran's Today.

3/ The email says Sheerin-Richman's tweets* were only "drawing upon conspiracy theories, they are just about Israel and no mention of Jews or Jewishness."

4/ Notice also the tragi-comic slight of hand in LOTO's statement to The Sunday Times: that party staff "did not intervene or overrule" and only "gave their suggestions when asked" but two things stick out here:
5/ - It's a very loaded question: "We wish to suspend the people below. Agreed?"
Which is as much asking LOTO's permission to suspend as it is asking for "suggestions".

6/ So you end up with a staff member asking Corbyn's office if it is ok to suspend a party member who is now in the public domain as having endorsed and promoted antisemitic conspiracy theories from a site which is often no different to a Neo-Nazi website.
7/ LOTO's responses along the lines of "oh we stopped doing this when new general sec took charge" is laughable. They'd been in control of the party for 2.5 years at this point!

*The email refers to Sheerin-Richman's "tweets" rather than FB posts but there were no tweets in the Palestine Live report, which was published two days before the email and what prompted email and concurrent the suspensions, so presuming this is a mistake.
