At this stage I always thanks the team for their help because they bloody amazing, I want to thank them even more than usual though this time, especially the core group of @specialpreneur @BomTailey @Emm @jowalters @Junipertree88 Hannah, Kenny and Andrea
They reckon organising events is one of the top ten stressful jobs in the world, I know I've felt it. Like the time during the event I burst a blood vessel in my eye during the conference or how a nervous habit of rubbing my temple broke the skin and took a fortnight to heal.
After the last event I knew I had to change a few things up, those changes, like spending less time on Twitter during the event have meant I've personally probably never had such a zen experience during the event, but it's also meant even more hard work for the rest of the team.
So they deserve even more praise than the usual, you've been incredible, hilarious and more reliable than anyone could ever hope or expect.

I'll finish up with two things that really made me smile during the event because I'd like to acknowledge them. The first is this tweet from @amy_card89
Stories like this pop up time to time about the profound impact a conference or event can have on someone's life or career, it's incredibly gratifying and make waking up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat worrying about lanyards worthwhile.
The second is about this cohort of speakers, we've tried to do a few things to help our speakers form a bond in the run up to the event, we do speaker training, a speaker dinner and a whatsapp group thingy as well.
I'd ducked out of the Whatsapp group during the event but they'd all come together and decided they wanted to get a group photo after @JohnMu keynote. Here's the photo. 
Seeing the joy, relief and friendship amongst this group of passionate and caring marketers who've come together via our event is genuinely heart warming.
I'm sure I'll moan publicly and privately in the run up to the next event but what all of us have built really is something special.
