Like FOX, Trump tweets a huge distraction onto the media's plate. "Flying water tankers" is a visual hook (thesis). The media make fun of it (anti-thesis). Public isn't talking about the cause of the fire (synthesis). They are talking about Trump's "hair-brained" idea.
