2/ This new initiative is investing in the next generation of financial infrastructure.
3/ Our thesis: what the internet did to media, blockchains will do to finance. New rails for value transfers of all types: assets, payments, insurance, and more.
4/ The day will come when digital wallets are as commonplace as email addresses are today. We will use them for everything from receiving income, to sending payments, and managing investments. We’re deploying capital with an eye towards that day.
5/ We've already quietly invested in some great projects building in this thesis, including: @tagomisystems, @Algorand, @ZeppelinOrg, @BitwiseInvest, @RadarRelay, @teamspacemesh, @StarkWareLtd, @MakerDAO, and @CodaProtocol.
