My take on the Mueller Report and how it shows Trump’s criminal conspiracy will be up on @realTrumpcast with our national ombudswoman @page88 soon.

2/ The Mueller Report is too redacted on key Russia/Stone questions etc. The report is damning but not strong enough on its own. Mueller understated the evidence. I think it’s wise to pursue more evidence first, and that legal fight will take months. It’s worth the wait...
3/ You only get one opportunity to impeach. The Mueller Report is a mixed bag, and frankly a disappointing failure to call a conspiracy and acts of obstruction for what they are. You have to take your jury into account, and the case has to be strengthened or it will backfire.
4/ And I continue to think the best case scenario is to run a positive social and economic campaign in 2020, run against Trump’s horrible policies, and win at the ballot box.

5/ Long term, winning over voters and having voters reject Trumpism is the best result for American democracy.
Mueller’s failings might be a blessing in disguise.

6/ One last tweet: our @realTrumpcast conversation is up now. Yes, I think Mueller erred in a bunch of ways legally and politically. We agreed we could have talked another hour... But we did learn that “conspire” has a legally important etymology.
