Different Labour politicians are all busking for their particular Brexit worldviews. They cover the spectrum from strong remainers like @Andrew_Adonis to arch leavers like @KateHoeyMP so the only way to interpret Labour's Brexit stance is to look at their official position.
And Labour's official position remains pro-Brexit. They have yet to commit at a manifesto level to holding a second referendum, and repeatedly state they honour the result of the 2016 referendum.
So if you care about Brexit above all else, vote for an explicitly pro-remain party in the European elections. Don't vote for Labour, vote for Change UK TIG, the Lib Dems, the Greens, the SNP or Plaid Cymru.
