Labour’s pro-Brexit policy isn’t clever triangulation.

You can’t triangulate on a binary issue of ‘leave’ and ‘remain’ (hence strained cheerleader talk of ‘ultra remain’ as if there are grades)

Simply, it’s a policy which alienates its supporters and they will pay the price
These results are the hard thud of reality hitting - that Labour’s leader is a eurosceptic and it’s supporters generally aren’t

It’s not triangulation, it’s ideology
Whatever you think of Labour, Corbyn or Brexit, a policy which has the express purpose of attracting new supporters at the expense of alienating existing ones and is inherently very risky
