Dear all 😀 Hope you have enjoyed the weekend! Stay tuned for some #HZupdates with perspectives on what I see ahead in markets.
The dominoes have been lined up for some major developments in markets. #USDCNH is a clear indication of this. As expected (look back in #HZupdates), this pair is about to go vertical. Next wave up will be explosive ~8.1 as the first major target. Chinese devaluation? 
Another indicator is #AUDUSD where the bottom is about to fall out of. This will be a clear starting signal for the coming deflationary phase, which will be tough on a long range of assets. LT target for this pair is ~0.46 #HZupdates
Deflationary phase will be drive by strong decline in #Oil. Price has been forming in Ending Diagonal. We have seen wave "b" bounce - which is to roll over with a target of <23USD - pot. ~17USD - potentially as low as 10USD before LT-bottom #HZupdates
#Copper will also embark on long decline towards level below 2008, as deflation takes hold and real economy slumps. This is the REAL picture of what is ahead for the economy #HZupdates
#USD will be only game in town for coming months. #DXY is likely to rally in strong wave up (wave c) to my target ~109. As the strong USD breaks the back of growth in economies in RoW, Fed will eventually have to step in to weaken USD #HZupdates
As #USD strengthens, #EURUSD will decline. Observe the major Topping pattern - and the ongoing Double ZigZag correction taking place. Last wave down will take us to ~0.91 as min. target - pot. lower! #HZupdates
As #USD rallies #GPBUSD will also decline. Observe Ending diagonal, which suggests final LT-target for GBPUSD around parity #HZupdates
Also #Yen will suffer as #USD rallies in deflationary environment. #USDJPY has been forming major triangle since top in 2015. Triangles are CONTINUATION patterns - and if a=c we are likely to see USDJPY rally to ~154 #HZupdates
