Trump's hardline anti-trade instincts seem to be to the fore right now. Suffice to say there won't be such deals in the next six months but by then he might be distracted by something else
Both this UK Government and the leading Brexiteers outside it have anchored their entire trade strategy around an agreement with the US, driven in part by a large amount of lobbying money. It looks however increasingly politically questionable.
