I can confirm that Swindon Borough Council is using Idox services (like 94 % of UK councils).

Tho Idox isn't SBC's electoral provider as 👇
(Unless Idox handles PV as 1 of the undetermined svces? No evidence)

(Note: Xpress says it is "trusted by over half of the UK’s local authorities" -xssl.uk/software/-, but Idox says otherwise. Maybe a question of timing, if Idox became the new leader only after buying Halarose? Or maybe some councils use both.)

So maybe there was a glitch with the digital register, or with a Result Collation Software if one was used acc. to the Electoral Commission suggestion here👇

Of course, involvement of connected digital material might also imply possible external interference, but the thing is, results were announced when they didn't add up.
This suggests to me the results weren't verified by a human, but by a software supposed to be more trustworthy.

In any case, let's hope this 👇 bring answers.
