Reality: Cohen talked with Andrew Intrater, an American citizen who donated to Democrat Bill Richardson's presidential campaign in 2008.

Intrater is CEO of a company connected to Russian oligarch Viktor Vekselberg, a Clinton Foundation and Chuck Schumer donor.
