Until five years ago I had spent my life genuinely believing that there was something wrong with the German psyche which allowed us as a nation to be duped by this evil man and his ideology. And a certain amount of guilt about that has never left me. 2/
Since #Trump & #Farage I know that wasn't true. I've seen how easily masses can be swayed & turned against others. All it takes is a disillusioned population, a charismatic populist claiming to be a man (or woman presumably) of the ppl, and a minority grp to blame & scapegoat 3/

Years ago, I asked my father why he stopped going to the nearby mosque. He said there were people inside the mosque who were questioning his faith and he believes that his faith should not be questioned by a stranger. That was the first alarm I witnessed, 15 years ago.
A year later, I kept hearing religious lectures through radio and television of each and every house, followed by a radical transformation of almost everyone rushing to follow their instructions regardless of whether it made sense to them or not.
Years passed, I saw on the news that ‘religious scholars' were travelling to remote islands to give public lectures. Out of curiosity, I checked their social media accounts. To my surprise, they had thousands of followers.

1/4 Important thread folks, during the D-Day landings on 6th June 1944, Allied troops were issued with a 'clicker' with the instructions that if they came across anyone in the dark over there then they should click once and wait for a 2-click reply...
2/4 no reply meant no friend and it was a foe and to open fire.

These were issued last minute as the troops were getting on planes and ships.
3/4 During the #PeoplesVote March on Saturday 20th October this last weekend one of these clickers was lost, made of brass and date stamped as per the image.

It is now in my possession and could only have been dropped by someone who was there in France on D-Day 1944.

All different races of Mankind are derived from Manu and Shradha. The current Manu is Vaivasvata Manu.
2/ The word Manu literary means man but it is a title given to the progenitor of mankind. According to Hindu Puranas there are many kalpas (One day of Lord Brahma the creator) and each Kalpa has 14 manvantara and each manvatara has one manu. So basically each Kalpa has 14 Manus.
3/ The current manu of the present manvantara is Shraddhadeva or Vaivasvata Manu of this current Kalpa. He is the son of Vivasvat (Probably Surya) and is therefore also known as Manu-vaivasvata.
