1. Trump is Unique

I wouldn't want to see any other leader try Trump's style, because s/he will in all likelihood fail miserably. Trump is a unique individual with a unique set of tactical negotiation skills, which he is using to win for America. Let's hope he succeeds always.
2. Elites, always steeped in and enthralled by arcane theoretical precepts, cannot fathom that no president in American history has behaved with a view to aim for a metaphorical "ISO 9000" process certification. That's what bureaucracies are for.
3. Middle management rules of behavior which make large organizations stable, predictable, and yes successful, can be totally debilitating at the very top, where hardly anything of consequence can be achieved without pushing the envelope.
4. And nobody pushes the envelope like Trump does. I totally understand how it can be scary at first, and I was scared too during the early stages of Trump's campaign. But nothing he has done or said during his presidency has scared me the least bit, as I see the pattern clearly.
5. Trump is in constant negotiation on many fronts. It's not something that he sits down and plans in excruciating detail. He is exceptionally natural at it. And yes it will be scary, as it is to his opponents, if it were not tethered to a highly disciplined core.
6. If one is not irredeemably contemptuous of Trump, one can easily see how disciplined he is in everything he does, his verbal bluster notwithstanding. No matter how provocative he gets at times with his bluster, he never colors outside the Constitutional lines.
7. Trump seems to be pretty much the same person in private and in public. People may not realize how exceptional that is for someone working in DC. It may get him into political trouble every so often, but it also shows an inner core that is guileless in its essence.
8. More than any other politician, Trump means what he says, and says what he means, even if he doesn't articulate it in the most polished way all the time. Partly it is because he is not always on his guard, which happens with people who don't have a guilty conscience.
9. People who work hard to create fake personas for public consumption look and behave like this. Listen to her carefully and see what she goes through mentally every time she is in the public eye. What a drag!

10. Trump doesn't have a guilty conscience about being rich, doesn't have a guilty conscience about his agenda, and doesn't have a guilty conscience about how he won. This last one is not a trivial point. I will elaborate on it.
11. Modern political campaigns spend untold millions on "opposition research" to dig up hereto little known or unknown snippets of opponent's life and portray them in the most horrific light possible.
12. That's how we got Alicia Machado. That's how we got Billy Bush. That's how we got Trump's leaked tax return page (during campaign), etc. Now, can anyone point out a single piece of "oppo research" on Hillary that Trump's campaign team exposed? I can't think of any.
13. Everything Trump used against Hillary throughout the campaign was public information that had been widely reported previously for years. It's not like Trump didn't have the means to dig up fresh dirt on Hillary. He chose not to. He was confident exposing the truth was enough.
14. Nothing I have said implies to me, nor should it to anyone else, that Trump is infallible. He's not. He's just a wholesome American, who loves America, has plenty of executive experience, and wants to use his talent as best as he can to make America great as he envisions it.
15. He does, and will, make his due share of mistakes. Not all his ideas are great. Not all his tweets are great (although most of them are:-)). Nothing is more patriotic and right than to criticize the president for policies one disagrees with. I welcome people doing that.
16. What I oppose reflexively is knee-jerk opposition to everything Trump says or does, with no justification other than the fact that an opponent just dislikes Trump. Well, boo freakin' hoo! Go take a cold shower, and come back with a meaningful criticism, I say.

The END
