This follows up on similar investigations of the 3 companies plus Johnson & Johnson's involvement in corruption in Brazil.

Ut oh, looks like they all found out from the reporters that the SEC & the FBI are investigating them. Because the FCPA is a federal law & FBI investigates criminal violations of that law.
Controlling a $58B a year market might be just the kind of thing to draw the worst kind of corrupt business practices!
GE Shareholders sued the company in 2018 alleging that since 2011, GE, Toshiba, Seimens & others entered into price fixing & corrupt deals to profit off the corruption in China.
You think maybe those deals applied to business in the US & Europe? I guess we will see...
Of course they all plead innocence & ignorance, but time will tell. Meanwhile folks still think that nothing is happening!

Of course I'm sure it has no connection to the wife of Representative Elijah Cummings getting $10M in consulting work from Johnson & Johnson either.
