Panel finds he adequately alleged the school deprived him of due process and was biased against him based on his sex.

This is the process the school is alleged to have used before suspending him for a year.

And after this, when he appealed to a school vice president, Sermersheim declared that the accuser was credible despite never even speaking to her or receiving a statement from her.
The Obama administration's "Dear Colleague" letter makes another appearance, natch.

Standing alone, not enough to establish sex bias, but in combination with other indications, it's enough to make a Title IX claim.
This should be sounding warning bells, though. One bit of circumstantial evidence in support of an inference that the school was biased against the accused?

The campus sexual awareness office put on Facebook a column from the Washington Post that blamed men for sexual assaults.
