Ashrafs are itching for a fight. That's typical Pavlovian response. The desperation is clear. Mere re-election and Modi’s call for “Sabka Viswas” is rattling them.

They want to instigate Hindus for a response. So they can claim civil-war and fear of life and HR etc and either get
- Modi Govt make unmentionable compromises and/or
- Seek partition.
Now Hindus need to respond; in tandem with GoI.

I would say be more vigilant and equip to protect life, wealth and civilizational icons (temples etc).

Create SM networks that can gather 5-10 times more Hindus than sullahs in 15mins and force sullahs to submit their weapons and return.

PEACEFUL disarmament of enemy; just by assertive and strong presence.

Setup CC cameras in all Mohallas so trouble makers are identified, tracked and arrested. Form Mohalla Defense Groups where Hindu youth take turns to be tower watchers.

A 5000 strong community with 450 youth can have a group of 5 youth on watch in 3 shifts a day with 30-day rotations. Doable.

This also improves the Hindu sense of community and belongingness.
