The FBI raided Vorago Technologies, a semiconductor business, in South Austin today. The company offers products to various industries including automotive, aerospace and military.

Vorago is also attending the IEEE Nuclear and Space Radiation Effects Conference this week.

They used to be known as "Silicon Space Technology" until they changed their name to Vorago in 2015.

Looks like the patented something called Hardsil* Technology that could help components withstand extreme temperatures and conditions.

Looks like Vorago is also part of the SBA's SBIR program, which is a government program that helps small businesses with R&D in the form of grants and contracts.
