Khashoggi wired $5k in the days before his death to a group of Saudi dissidents fighting back against MBS. He pledged another $30k.
Khashoggi's friend and leader of the movement, @oamaz7, then was hacked by Israeli company NSO Group. His brothers were jailed and tortured in Saudi. The FBI and CIA told him Saudi wanted to kill him, too.
All because of this social media effort, dubbed the "Bee Project", MBS/the Saudi government fears the truth.
