Part 2 of 2: I believe I may be able to offer the heart of the matter in the article we've been studying from Sundance, here:

theconservativetreehouse.com/2019/07/09/doj…
2) We have to remember, we're discussing the burden to represent oneself, with a formal filing, when one knows one is representing a foreign government. Key in on the one word "knows." That one word is the pivot point within our story.
3) So let me attempt to tell the story from my own perspective. By the way, I cannot urge too strongly that you read and reread Sundance's report. Each time through you'll get more out of it.
4) There's this guy in Pennsylvania named Gulan. He's Turkish. He has a network of some 160 schools or so, spread across America. These schools receive Federal funding. How about that? Who is watching these schools and their agenda?
As I understand it, @GenFlynn believes Gulan is a terrorist. What's more, he believes that Gulan is raising up a corps of terrorists here in America. Is Gen Flynn right or wrong? Hell if I know, but he's the very guy I give the benefit of the doubt to, absolutely.
@GenFlynn 6) So, evidently, there are others who agree, and some of them have money. One of them, one Alptekim, a Turkish resident of Denmark, appears to have had a nice half million dollars to offer the Flynn Intel Group, to bring awareness of Gulan to America.
@GenFlynn 7) Here we get to the key issue. It appears that Alptekim was a cut out for - a representative of - the Turkish government. It appears that the half million was given him by the government of Turkey. So! The ultimate question is...did Flynn know?
@GenFlynn 8) And here is the perfidious evil of the Special Counsel's investigation. They have completely muddied the waters. THEY KNEW that Alptekim was the Turkish Government's man. But, did Flynn? Aha! Here we come into very troubled waters, indeed.
@GenFlynn 9) How did they know, and when did they know it? It appears that they knew it all along. Isn't that interesting? If so, it means they had surveillance in place on Flynn long before they have yet admitted they did. What's more, them knowing does NOT equal Flynn knowing.
@GenFlynn 10) Let's pause for a moment here. Who knew what, when? It has become one of the most important questions at law, when dealing with the political powers that be in America ever since Nixon. The technical term should be 'legal epistemology.'
@GenFlynn 11) Epistemology is the study of what one knows, how one knows it, and how certain one is of one's knowledge. Did Gen Flynn know the Turkish government was behind Alptekim? If so, then his FARA violation is indeed a crime.
@GenFlynn 12) For argument's sake, let's assume he knew. He's a very savvy individual, well connected. Okay, in that light, before we turn to motive, let's turn to process. As I understand it, FARA violations have NEVER been taken seriously. They cause a small fine, when broken.
@GenFlynn 13) So, again on assumption, let's imagine Flynn knows he's committing a FARA violation, and is of course ready to pay the small fine, like anyone else in that world does. But why? Why would he do that?
@GenFlynn 14) The apparent answer is, he 100% believes that Gulan is one of the worst bad guys in America. He apparently believes that procuring the resources to take out this bad guy is needful, to save American lives. A small fine? Take out a horrible man? No problem.
@GenFlynn 15) But, all of that is speculation. Why? We have no reason yet to believe that Flynn had any idea whatever that the Turkish government was behind Alptekim. A Turk in Denmark who wants good things done and is able to pay...why not?
@GenFlynn 16) So as I read TCH's story, here's where I land. The government knew that Alptekim was backed by Turkey. They knew, due to surveillance on Flynn. Classified surveillance problematic for them to reveal. Ha!
@GenFlynn 17) And here's where I land relative to my hero. It's a messy world out there, and we have NO IDEA how our government has corrupted itself in supporting terrorists within our own land. 160 schools, all enjoying federal funding. What are they teaching?
@GenFlynn 18) And half a million dollars sounds like so much. But, how much would it cost to defeat a government sponsored protection program for an evil terrorist within our ranks? What would you charge? For get charge, how much would it cost you to accomplish?
@GenFlynn 19) Which brings us back to law. The government knows that, even if it has some reporting infraction it can prosecute, this infraction has nothing whatsoever to do with their motive at prosecution. Rather, their only real target is @POTUS.
@GenFlynn @POTUS 20) They're attempting to get at @POTUS through Flynn. That's all. Nothing else. And what it seems no one cares about is the following question: Is Flynn right? Could it be that part of their motive is actually preventing their protection of Gulan from coming out?
@GenFlynn @POTUS 21) Friends, these layers go deeper and deeper. I've left out many of TCH's details. I've attempted to construct just one comprehensible scenario to fill out the context we need to understand the data provided.
@GenFlynn @POTUS 22) I am satisfied, however, that we got the most important tidbit yesterday. We are now - and me for the first time - able to begin to imagine the reasoning behind Flynn's plea.
@GenFlynn @POTUS 23) The key phrase was, "with the benefit of hindsight." And the key denial was over, "with knowledge aforethought." If you wish to research further on your own, keep those two things in mind.
@GenFlynn @POTUS 24) I have to give an additional consideration. Again, imagine that Gen Flynn was guilty of a small infraction, easily covered. Imagine as well that the far greater story is the creation of a network of schools in America teaching terrorism, right here.
@GenFlynn @POTUS 25) And please remember, I do NOT know that even a small infraction was committed, I'm ONLY employing that as a scenario for speculation. But still, what sacrifice wouldn't a patriot make in order to protect his nation?
@GenFlynn @POTUS 26) All of which brings me back the question of the greater story, itself. For the first time in American history we have one administration refusing to transfer power to its successor. Now that's a story.
@GenFlynn @POTUS 27) And low and behold, every branch of the federal apparatus is available for employment in the mission. This defines the Deep State. It defines the Swamp. But it all comes back to Obama and his team. They held nothing back in their fight against the outcome of the election.
@GenFlynn @POTUS 28) If he weren't so important in all this, Gen Flynn would be a mere distraction from that larger story. He is no mere distraction, though. He is pivotal. If you fail to take him out, you fail, period. First him, second Trump. That is NOT insignificant.
@GenFlynn @POTUS 29) All of which brings me back to my core theme. @SidneyPowell1 is doing a phenomenal job. Yet, for all her greatness there is no assurance of the outcome, due in no way to her fault. Rather, the corruption is so vast and deep as to boggle the mind.
@GenFlynn @POTUS @SidneyPowell1 30) So as always, I argue for immediate relief. I argue for wiping out Gen Flynn's gag order, and giving him back his voice. The more I learn, the more I am ready to plead, please Sir, Mr. @POTUS...
