That some Democrats would be calling Donald Trump a racist even if he wasn't a racist is probably a true claim but I'm not sure why it's supposed to be an important one.
More broadly, a lot of these complaints from Republicans take the form that Democrats don't give them credit when they do the right thing, so why should they bother? But this is not how ethics works.
By the way, if you find self-righteous liberals annoying (and who doesn't?) one good strategy is not to elect someone president who gives them constant opportunity to be righteous.
