AH! my mistake! The passage I posted above was in relation to the language about "having made a bigoted or racist statement"! The passage about being a RACIST was added to the Jefferson Manual on June *9*, 2016, thanks to AOC's predecessor, Joe Crowley. GUESS WHO IT WAS ABOUT:
