Could Boris Johnson's endgame be to squeeze Parliament into such a corner that they force him to revoke Article 50 and stop Brexit as the only alternative to no deal?
If there's a gigantic showdown that he loses, he can then blame Parliament for Brexit failing & sail on as PM.

What will he do to achieve that? Absolutely anything.
