Back in the earlier stages of my first mega-thread on GOP lawmakers' involvement in what Mueller & the DOJ was investigating, I brought up the @PhilBryantMS-Brexit-Nigel Farage connection, in relation to that. (He was GOP lawmaker #20 to be tied to this.)

And the FBI and/or the USAG's office in MS might even be conducting an investigation, as far as I know, possibly this may even a part of the greater counter-intelligence investigation that spun off into Bob Mueller's probe.
Well, @WendySiegelman is onto the latest doings involving Bryant & Farage, and it appears that Bryant could find himself on the wrong end of an indictment regarding FARA when he leaves the MS Gov.'s office, if he's not careful.

Just a terrible day. In what may be the worst mass shooting ever in Texas, it's been confirmed by @NBCNews that at least 59 people were shot, with at least 19 fatalities at a WalMart in El Paso by a domestic terrorist. #elpasotx
To put that perspective, the 59 people known to have been shot (and there may be more) is more than were shot at Luby's in Killeen in 1991, Sutherland Springs in 2017, or the 1966 UT Tower Shooting. Just terrible. And yes, the thing who did that is a domestic terrorist. #elpasotx
And to make matters even worse, this domestic terrorist attack comes two days after the anniversary of the UT Tower Shooting, where 47 people were shot and 16 killed in 1966. #elpasotx

Is it me, or does it seem that the rate of play at the #WSOPMainEvent, particularly as it relates to players being knocked out is going at a much faster rate than tournament organizers expected? For instance, the money bubble was expected to burst in L17, but it burst last night.
And as they head to the dinner break on Day 4, heading to L19, they've already lost more than half the players that made the money (1286 made the money and they're already down to 550). Players are being eliminated at a faster rate than expected. #WSOPMainEvent
One interesting thing I'm interested in, as a fan, is seeing how the new big blind ante will affect play at shorter tables was the @WSOP Main Event winds down, especially during Day 7 and during the Final and Championship Tables. #WSOPMainEvent

While some might decry the 13-under par winning score for @GaryWoodland and there being 2 players shoot all four rounds in the 60s for the first time ever, the @usopengolf did what it traditionally does. Identify the best player in the world for that particular week. #USOPEN2019
I will state this. Next year, the @usopengolf will go to the place where that phrase about identifying the best player was popularized in 1974 by the late Sandy Tatum. Winged Foot. Think the @USGA is going to take it out on the players like they did in 1974? #USOPEN2019
I'm going to state this a year in advance. The 2020 @usopengolf may have a winning score like the 1974 and 2006 U.S. Opens at Winged Foot did. In 1974, Hale Irwin won at 7-over (and only one other player finished in single digits OVER par) and in 2006, Geoff Ogilvy won at 5-over.

So, just to preface this. I won't be talking much about Brexit here. The reason being - it's been done. To death. And to the detriment of debate about how dangerous Farage actually is, and what he actually believes. We'll touch on it, but it ain't front row centre.
It's hard to know where to start with Farage, frankly. After doing the research that I have on him, it's stunning to think that he's the favourite for the European Elections. Sorry, stunning? I meant horrifying. But let's start with the young Farage, and work our way from there.

It's not possible to comment intelligently on #Mueller & the entire #investigation without reading LICENSED TO LIE: Exposing Corruption in the Department of Justice, self-funded and published in 2014 for the purpose of educating the public on the need for #CriminalJusticeReform
2. It crosses @GOP & @DNC administrations but has come to expose serious political abuses of #DOJ. It's made a lot of powerful people very angry.
The @FedSoc has not let me speak on topic since the book came out.
My own #BarAssociation @TexasBarCLE won't let me speak on it. WHY?
3. The book is TRUE, reads like a legal thriller but NAMES prosecutors who rose to positions of great power on the backs of people they wrongfully convicted.
It NAMES federal judges who turned a blind eye to egregious injustices.
No one has challenged a word of it, nor can they.

As a remoaner I have long not accepted the result of #brexit however I have been persuaded by a new brexlutionary kind of democratic legitimacy
The leavers never accepted the 67/33 result of the 1975 referendum and campaigned for 40yrs to overturn it. It follows therefore I should shut up and accept #Brexit
Nigel farage said 52 48 would be unfinished business by a long way and had it been a narrow remain vote he'd have been demanding a 2nd ref so obviously It is outrageous that #Brexit are doing exactly what farage would have done
