shocker: NYT omits the fact it spent 2016 publishing the names of Clinton donors (back then, GOP was in favor)
let’s be clear: NYT (and others) didn’t just publish names of Clinton donors, they spent year *actively investigating* donors bc they decided Foundation “optics” were bad
btw, NYT ran this GOP talking point story on the front page today, under ridiculous headline, “Cries of Harassment as a Donor List is Revealed”
ftr, **nobody has been harrassed** but GOP whining they might be = front-page news at NYT
last point. this NYT stenography exercise confirms the point i've made many times. DC news cycles start w/ a very simple premise: what is GOP angry about today?

Note that the Biden gaffe dispatches have been noticeably light on quotes from actual voters who are bothered by the verbal missteps

As I wrote a few weeks ago for @damemagazine, 2020 won't be about one term, but two. Any Democrat running for 2020 must be prepared to be an incumbent for 2024. Sanders will be 83 going in.

The reality that neither Bernie nor Biden wants to face is how neither of them looks all that different from Trump on a debate stage. But the counterbalance between Trump and a woman, especially one 20yrs his junior, would be incredibly stark.

#Fact 1 - The Wage Gap is real. People who says it's not haven't read the data.

However, in places like the USA, the wage gap is *not* mostly due to sexism like many #femnist #WomenInScience are claiming it is today. Disparate outcomes doesn't imply disparate treatment.
Women typically choose fields that are lower paying; even in the #STEM fields. To attribute that to sexism only or even mostly is a very dishonest way of deriving an answer for this complex disparity.
