The White House just announced a new nominee for the 2nd Circuit: Steven Menashi, who currently works in the White House as a special assistant and senior associate counsel to Trump 
The White House also announced five nominees for district courts in OK, PA, NC, MO, and FL
A few things of note about the new nominees: Richard Myers II, a law prof, is nominated for the open seat in the Eastern District of NC. It's the oldest vacancy nationwide, open since Dec. 2005. It's the seat Thomas Farr was unsuccessfully nominated for under W. Bush and Trump
I've already gotten one statement from a reproductive rights group opposing Sarah Pitlyk's nom to the Eastern District of Missouri. Pitlyk is at the Thomas More Society, where she's worked on anti-abortion cases and repped the activist who recorded the Planned Parenthood videos
And here's @judicialnetwork's Carrie Severino with a statement of support for the latest crop of nominees — notable in light of some recent rumblings of discontent from the right about Trump's recent 5th Circuit nominee, Judge Sul Ozerden
