@SimonCalder Am confused by what responsibilities @British_Airways has if they cancel a return flight on a strike day. Website says they will pay for a hotel, but wonder if that’s the case if done two weeks in advance?
I’ve booked four tickets for son and friends to fly to Venice for a music festival in Croatia. They’re booked back on Sept 9th. Can’t change flights on website, says to call. BA not answering calls to anyone.
Alternative flight prices climbing by the minute. Loathed to fork out hundreds of pounds if it’s BA’s responsibility to get them back and put them in accommodation until they can.
