NEWS: Michael Flynn's new counsel calls for intervention from the court because the government continues to block the security clearance requests needed to review case files.

The case files Flynn lawyers can't view because of the security clearance roadblock likely include Brady (exculpatory) material. 
Prosecutors are also refusing to provide the transcripts and recordings which underpin the charges against Flynn.
The Mueller team also continued to refuse to provide the original Flynn 302, new filing by his attorney says.
Notable, the Mueller team says they've handed over all the 302 in govt. possession and have not handed over any classified info.
Notable: prosecutor's response about the 302s includes an "in the government's possession" off-ramp, giving a second life to rumors that the 302 was edited and that the original doc is irretrivably lost.
