The SkyTraders A319 VH-VCJ has started its taxi by 10:45PM - unconfirmed reports crew has been instructed to ignore the injunction.

Plane takes off 10:54PM, 16 minutes after news breaks of injunction.

Unconfirmed reports surface AFP informs concerned callers they will not acknowledge the injunction.

Second injunction granted preventing a deportation of 2 year old Tharunicaa until Wednesday 4 September.

Lawyers for Border Force provide assurances the family will remain in Darwin and will not be separated.
