Why is the Modi Govt. protecting this man? They were informed about this info in March 2019 itself.

On 7th March 2019, Mehul Choksi registered a shell company called REH Ventures in the UK.

Filing documents show that Mehul Bhai owns this company together with his Dubai-based company called "Miloni Gems" (1/6)
Company filings for REH reveal Mehul Choksi as a "resident of UAE" and his nationality as "Belgian".

That he holds a Belgian passport has been reported in the press & known to the Modi govt. since months.

His company, Miloni Gems, too is based out of Dubai, UAE. (2/6)

3G, Almas Tower, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This is a chart that tracks India's GDP growth from 2009 (when Dr. Manmohan Singh was sworn in as PM for a 2nd term) until today (when GDP growth has hit rock-bottom & is anticipated to slide further under the Modi govt). (1/4)
GDP, in pure terms, means nothing as far as the lives of the average John & Jane Doe on the street are concerned. But I'm tired of BJP constantly fudging numbers & peddling the lie that nothing happened under the UPA.

Last year, Modi govt. dropped the controversial FRDI Bill which had proposed a “bail in” clause - meaning that your bank deposits would be used to bail out any bank that is at risk of going under.

This means that your bank deposits/FDs up to an amount of 1 lakh are protected & insured (1/10)
When the Modi govt. introduced the FRDI Bill, it sought to do away with this deposit guarantee.

With massive uproar from the Congress & the Opposition, the Bill was temporarily withdrawn in 2018. (2/10)

Syndicate Bank is owed 1225 crores by Anil Ambani.

PNB has a hole of 11,200 crores due to the Nirav Modi fraud.
