Their research was based on an "internet survey" taken on Oct 17, 2018 and November 5, 2019 in Libya. The top four concerns of Libyans then were among the main reasons why Haftar is considered illegitimate: Corruption, instability, lack of legitimacy and war.

worse...The November 8, 2018 presentation ignores the east/west/south split and uses the monkey numbers as proof that Haftar would win an election..after Saif al Islam Gaddafi. Again back to the May 2018 rumors that Haftar was paying to have Qaddafi killed.

Monkey numbers continue with 7.4% of poll never hearing of China but hating on the countries that helped topple Qaddafi back in 2011.

Finally my favorite as a vet of hundreds of pitch decks. The ass kissing /deal closer slide that shows the Butcher of Benghazi as the "Saviour of Libya" and "Gatherer of the Lands" No price tag on the last page but we assume that Father Putin was bankrolling "The Chef"
