1. I've been watching all the folks on @MSNBC discuss the Govt. position on turning over Mueller grand jury material to @HouseJudiciary and I think most have analyzed the issue say Dems are in trouble because the request must be "in connection with a judicial proceeding" and
2. because @SpeakerPelosi wants to protect her majority she is not ready to call for a vote on formal impeachment so the request is not "in connection with a judicial proceeding." Follow me so far? Last night I thought @11thHour Brian Williams was going to dance a jig with joy.
3. Okay, what if all @RepJerryNadler needed to show was that the request was "preliminarily to" but not in connection with a judicial proceeding?" Do you think that would be exactly where we are right now? Be honest @MSNBC. Brian? Be honest?
4. Here's the text of Rule 6(e)(3)(E)

"The court may authorize disclosure—at a time, in a manner, and subject to any other conditions that it directs—of a grand-jury matter:

(i) preliminarily to or in connection with a judicial proceeding"

You're welcome. 😎
