When the time comes though, how do you handle stress during the interview? We’ve got tips.
The stress of really wanting a particular job, can help you approach an interview with as much energy as possible. Effective use of stress 👌🏾
Moving on, preparation is key. But what happens when you prepare and you still feel off? Stress sets in, followed by omissions.
If you remember what you omitted while the interview is ongoing, call the attention of the interviewer to it. That can help reduce the stress.
What if you remember after the interview? Send a thank you email that includes what you omitted.
Another stressor during interviews? Multiple interviewers. It’s easy to feel lost here, particularly when you can’t relate with them on a personal level.
In such situations, pen down their names. Make eye contact with anyone while they share comments or listen to you.
